SHIPPING METHODS

Economy Shipping: Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska transit time is 7-21 business days. The typical transit time for international packages is 7-28 business days.

Standard Shipping: Continental US transit time is 1-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska transit time is 3-5 business days. The typical transit time for international packages is 3-8 business days. 

TRACKING OF PACKAGES

The Estimated Delivery Date on your tracking information is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. We ship from Utah, so please be mindful when selecting shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. All such additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient as we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused or returned to us due to customs fees
